We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Data Analyst to support a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation. This role will focus on data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of HCM data throughout the implementation life cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Workday HCM Data Analyst or in a similar role supporting Workday HCM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules, such as Core HCM, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and/or Talent.
• Solid understanding of HCM data models, including worker, position, job, organisation, compensation, benefits, and related transactional data.
• Strong data analysis, validation, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Experience supporting data conversion and testing activities during Workday HCM implementations.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments with tight deadlines
