Java Developer (Permanent)
Location: Dublin Country: Ireland Rate: EUR70K per year
 

Our client is seeking Java Developer in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Description:

Must have minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant hands on experience on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API webservices, JavaScript, JPA, KAFKA, Microservices services, Containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

(Unix and Shell Scripting - desirable).

  • Highly experienced in developing applications in Java, Angular 8 (or higher).
  • Expertise in HTML 5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS and creating responsive web pages.
  • Expert level working knowledge in Spring Boot and Java8.
  • Expertise in RESTful Services, Microservices architecture.
  • Working knowledge of libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
  • Demonstrated experience in API design, development and deployment.
  • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery models.
  • Experienced in working with Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, SVN.
  • Demonstrated experience in unit testing tools & frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, Mocha etc.
  • Experience working in Agile model, Jira.
  • Experience in TDD/BDD methodologies.
  • Should have experience in technically leading a team size of at least 5-10 members
