Job Title: SAP Service Management Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management Lead to support our client . The successful candidate will participate in design workshops, understand our client's industry and business requirements, and customise SAP Service Management functionalities to meet specific needs. You will lead the design and implementation of SAP Service Management, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Additionally, you will drive the development and maintenance of a scalable, reliable, and flexible SAP Service Management architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and produce key project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of industry and business requirements.
• Learn about and potentially utilise accelerators such as SAP Model Company or Pre-Configured Industry Solutions on client engagements.
• Customise SAP Service Management functionalities, including asset management, work order planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Service Management following best practices and industry standards.
• Drive the development and maintenance of SAP Service Management architecture, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and flexible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Produce key project deliverables such as design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Share knowledge of best practices within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, while also developing other team members.
• Support the development of the SAP practice by leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.
• Implement and manage SAP FSM to optimise field service operations.
• Utilise SAP Plant Maintenance to ensure efficient maintenance processes.

Essential Skills

• 7+ years delivering SAP Service Management and S/4HANA solutions in the utilities sector.
• Strong expertise in SAP Service Management, Plant Maintenance, configuration, customization, and integration.
• experienced team lead with a collaborative, mentoring approach.
• Skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA best practices, Customer Engagement for Utilities, and SAP Field Service Management.
• experience with full asset lifecycle management using S/4HANA EAM.
• Able to translate strategic business needs into effective SAP Service Management solutions.
