Agile Coach (Contract)
Location: Galway Country: Ireland Rate: EUR550 per day

Must be located in Ireland
- Advanced Agile-related certifications and demonstrable experience in application thereof; eg RS@SP, CAL (E, T, or O), ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or similar
- Deep Agile knowledge with several years of Agile Coaching experience
- Demonstrable experience coaching a team-of-teams, or a combination of multiple team coaching engagements and team-of-teams level coaching
- 4+ years' experience in an agile leadership role (eg, Scrum Master, Squad Leader/Product Owner, Chapter Leader)
- Track record of training, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals at various levels
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
- Financial services experience preferred
- You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and fearlessly challenging, teams, leaders and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value
- You have a continuous improvement approach
- You assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach
- You proactively seek out agile practices externally to continuously improve company model
- You are flexible in your approach and share innovative and creative thinking as you mentor teams and associates through solving problems to deliver increased value
- You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
- You have a track record of coaching senior leaders on agile behaviors and leadership to support those behaviors
