A global organisation is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join its digital team and contribute to the growth and optimisation of its enterprise ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and enhance core ServiceNow modules, working closely with senior developers and cross-functional stakeholders. You will support ITSM, SPM, and/or IRM processes by building scalable workflows, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
• Design and implement workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments
• Support and enhance ITSM, SPM, or IRM processes on the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain CMDB data integrity, structure, and life cycle processes
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities
• Document solution designs, technical specifications, and development processes

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (primary language)
• At least one additional programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Workflows and Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of ITSM, SPM, or IRM modules
• Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts )
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Solid understanding of CMDB data management

Certifications:

• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Nice to Have: CAD, CIS (ITSM, SPM, or IRM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
