Responsibilities

• Create and manage the design of system solutions in alignment with established design and architectural standards
• Ensure solution designs adhere to the technology roadmap and support development, deployment, and operational needs
• Deliver design solutions in line with core and template-based system design standards
• Ensure project and enhancement work is delivered within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints, in accordance with release calendars
• Ensure all developed solutions are peer-reviewed, formally documented, and signed off by business stakeholders
• Initiate and oversee solution testing to ensure compliance with defined quality standards
• Follow standardized design and development processes to enable cost-effective and scalable delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) - mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Logistics Execution (LE) - mandatory
• Proven experience interfacing SAP ECC with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including external warehouse management or warehouse control systems

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Experience with Transportation Management (desirable, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of CSV, GxP, and SOX requirements (nice to have)
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems such as MES and Salesforce
• Strong understanding of adjacent SAP modules and end-to-end business processes, including:
• Sales & Distribution
• Finance
• Quality Management
• Production
