Job Purpose and Impact

• The Professional, Cyber Engineering & Technology Operations job designs, builds, and governs production - grade RPA/data pipelines that consume security - platform APIs (Wiz, Defender, Tufin, etc.), embed AI/LLM (RAG) layers, and feed Azure - based analytics. This role operates within the organization with limited supervision, while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

• Architect end-to-end bot & ETL workflows, embed AI/LLM (RAG) layers.

• Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (Git repos, build/release libraries).

• Create reusable activity modules and data-models for use by the team.

• Define test harnesses, linting, and monitoring for all automation artifacts.

• Mentor and guide/enforce best practices.

• Architect end-to-end bot & ETL workflows.

• Design and own RAG pipelines that ingest, chunk and embed for interoperability with Azure OpenAI

Qualifications

• 3-5?yrs in RPA, ETL, or data - ops roles.

• Hands - on experience building bots with UiPath or Power?Automate (custom activities optional).

• Comfortable Scripting against REST APIs and handling JSON.

• Prior exposure to Azure?OpenAI or other LLM services is a plus, but not mandatory; will be trained.
