A leading global organisation is embarking on a multi-country digital transformation across the APAC region and is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive its migration from Legacy systems to SAP RISE.

As the Program Manager for the APAC SAP RISE Transformation, you will oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring the successful transition from Legacy platforms to SAP RISE/S/4HANA. You will coordinate cross-regional teams, manage vendors, and ensure alignment between business, IT, and global transformation strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the APAC transformation program moving from Legacy systems to SAP RISE/S/4HANA
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, roadmaps, and governance structures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple APAC markets to align business requirements
• Manage external SI partners and ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with global standards
• Oversee data migration, testing cycles, cutover planning, and readiness assessments
• Drive stakeholder communication and change management across business units
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the program life cycle
• Ensure post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale SAP transformations
• Strong understanding of SAP RISE, S/4HANA, and cloud migration principles
• Background in Legacy-to-SAP transitions across multi-region environments
• Experience working in APAC markets and Matrix organisations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-moving environments
• Strong vendor and governance management capabilities
