A global organisation is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide transformation initiative. This role will oversee complex delivery streams and ensure successful migration from Legacy environments into a scalable S/4HANA landscape.

As SAP S/4HANA Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the SAP transformation program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage SI partners, and ensure alignment between business, IT, and executive stakeholders throughout the full program life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA transformation program from strategy through go-live and stabilization
• Define program governance, scope, roadmap, timelines, and delivery frameworks
• Manage cross-functional streams including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Architecture
• Coordinate with external System Integrators, ensuring quality, delivery, and adherence to global standards
• Oversee data migration, testing cycles, cutover, and readiness assessments
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and organizational change management
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure program alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements

Required Skills:

• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid)
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration points
• Background in managing multi-stream, multi-country programs in Matrix environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive structure, clarity, and governance in complex transformation programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels (business & IT)
• Experience working with System Integrators, vendors, and global delivery teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in programme delivery across regulated, manufacturing, FMCG, or global enterprise environments
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Hybrid delivery models
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
