Data Analyst/Data Scientist/Quants Analyst
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid: 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 40 hours/week

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *spotting and fixing leaks in the booking process, from guest reservations to partner payments.*

About the Role

Our client's Revenue Assurance team protects and improves revenue by spotting and fixing leaks in the booking process - from guest reservations to partner payments.

You will analyze data across systems, identify revenue losses, measure their financial impact, and help design solutions to prevent them.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue flows and identify leakages

• Quantify financial impact using data

• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders

• Work closely with Finance, Risk, and Product teams

• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Support implementation and tracking of fixes

Skills & Experience

Required:

• Strong SQL, Python, PySpark skills

• Experience with Snowflake and AWS

• Ability to explain complex data clearly

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience in E-commerce or finance

• Background in risk, reconciliation, or audit analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a quantitative role (eg, data analysis, finance, risk)

• Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Grafana, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Interview Process

• Case study and technical interview

• SQL, Python, and PySpark exercises

• Focus on problem-solving and data insights

Working Model

• Hybrid (2 days onsite)

• High autonomy with strong collaboration across teams
