We're hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to sit at the intersection of strategy, technology and people. If you live and breathe applied AI and love turning ideas into usable solutions this could be for you.

What you'll do

• Turn messy problems into clear AI opportunities. Spend time with clients to deeply understand their day-to-day challenges and shape where AI can genuinely help.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business. Run interviews and fact-finding sessions with leaders, SMEs and end users to draw out needs, constraints and opportunities.
• Design practical AI solutions using today's tools. Use platforms like Microsoft Copilot (M365, GitHub, Windows), Google Gemini, Power Automate, Power Platform, Google AI Studio, Palantir Foundry, Gotham with the freedom to recommend new tools where they add value.
• Build and prototype with leading LLM platforms. Work with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and other cloud AI services to prototype and deliver solutions that actually ship.
• Create intelligent agents and automations. Develop advanced prompts, custom & MCP-enabled GPTs, Gems, Copilot agents and lightweight agentic workflows, co-creating with senior leaders and domain experts.
• Integrate AI into existing ecosystems. Plug AI into tools clients already use (eg Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe, Teams, Dynamics, Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal knowledge bases ) to boost productivity and decision-making.
• Design for trust, quality and safety. Put robust guardrails, evaluations and quality checks in place. QA your own work and others' to maintain confidence in the solutions we deliver.
• Cover the full customer life cycle. Help design and deliver AI solutions from acquisition through to retention and advocacy.
• Make AI understandable. Translate complex concepts into clear explanations, metaphors and mental models non-technical stakeholders can act on.
• Produce client-ready artefacts. Create polished presentations, reports and playbooks (with support from our design team).
• Measure value and embed change. Help clients define success metrics, track impact and put in place engagement frameworks that stick.
• Champion responsible AI. Advise on safe, ethical AI usage, highlight risks and guide clients on how to mitigate them.

What you'll bring

• Experience - 3+ years in consulting or technology environments.
• AI expertise - Strong understanding of AI concepts, current tooling and developments, plus solid technical foundations and context.
• Applied AI credibility - You're already recognised for building real-world AI solutions and are certified (or actively working towards) credentials such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud ML/AI, or Microsoft 365/Copilot certifications.
• Hands-on with tooling, including some of:
• LLM platforms (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar)
• Productivity & automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools)
• Collaboration suites (M365, Google Workspace) and integrations (APIs, webhooks, connectors)
• Strong communication skills - You can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Customer mindset - Understanding of customer life cycle design, engagement frameworks and value measurement.
• Documentation & delivery - Comfortable producing structured, clear and polished client deliverables.

Wat je gaat doen

• Zet complexe problemen om in heldere AI-kansen. Breng tijd door met klanten om hun dagelijkse uitdagingen diepgaand te begrijpen en bepaal waar AI écht kan helpen.

• Schakel met stakeholders in de hele organisatie. Voer interviews en fact-finding sessies met leiders, materiedeskundigen (SME's) en eindgebruikers om behoeften, beperkingen en kansen naar boven te halen.

• Ontwerp praktische AI-oplossingen met de tools van vandaag. Gebruik platforms zoals Microsoft Copilot (M365, GitHub, Windows), Google Gemini, Power Automate, Power Platform, Google AI Studio, Palantir Foundry en Gotham, met de vrijheid om nieuwe tools aan te bevelen waar ze waarde toevoegen.

• Bouw en prototype met toonaangevende LLM-platforms. Werk met OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude en andere cloud AI-services om prototypes te maken en oplossingen te leveren die daadwerkelijk live gaan.

• Creëer intelligente agents en automatiseringen. Ontwikkel geavanceerde prompts, custom & MCP-enabled GPT's, Gems, Copilot agents en lichtgewicht 'agentic workflows', in co-creatie met senior leiders en domeinexperts.

• Integreer AI in bestaande ecosystemen. Koppel AI aan tools die klanten al gebruiken (bijv. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe, Teams, Dynamics, Salesforce, Google Workspace, interne kennisbanken) om productiviteit en besluitvorming te stimuleren.

• Ontwerp voor vertrouwen, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Zet robuuste guardrails, evaluaties en kwaliteitscontroles op. QA je eigen werk en dat van anderen om het vertrouwen in de oplossingen die we leveren te behouden.

• Bestrijk de volledige klantlevenscyclus. Help bij het ontwerpen en leveren van AI-oplossingen, van acquisitie tot retentie en advocacy.

• Maak AI begrijpelijk. Vertaal complexe concepten naar heldere uitleg, metaforen en mentale modellen waar niet-technische stakeholders mee uit de voeten kunnen.

• Produceer klantklare deliverables. Maak gepolijste presentaties, rapporten en playbooks (met ondersteuning van ons designteam).

• Meet waarde en veranker verandering. Help klanten successtatistieken te definiëren, impact te volgen en engagement-kaders op te zetten die beklijven.

• Wees een voorvechter van verantwoord AI-gebruik. Adviseer over veilig en ethisch AI-gebruik, belicht risico's en begeleid klanten bij het mitigeren ervan.

Wat jij meebrengt

• Ervaring - 3+ jaar ervaring in consulting- of technologieomgevingen.

• AI-expertise - Sterk begrip van AI-concepten, huidige tooling en ontwikkelingen, plus een solide technische basis en context.

• Geloofwaardigheid in toegepaste AI - Je wordt al erkend voor het bouwen van real-world AI-oplossingen en bent gecertificeerd (of actief bezig met certificering) voor bijvoorbeeld Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud ML/AI of Microsoft 365/Copilot certificeringen.

• Hands-on ervaring met tools, waaronder een aantal van de volgende:
