We are seeking an accomplished Senior Equity Research Analystto provide strategic leadership and direction for our Software sector coverage.

This senior-level position offers the opportunity to build and directSoftware sector research for a premier equity research platform. Thesuccessful candidate will establish differentiated investmentperspectives, maintain rigorous analytical standards, and developmeaningful relationships with institutional clients and industrymanagement teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop an Enterprise Software research team positionedas go-to industry authorities
• Define your coverage universe and research strategy withmeaningful autonomy
• Create a differentiated research product that stands apart in acrowded field
• Publish impactful, timely research that influences institutionalinvestment decisions
• Develop sophisticated financial models that reflect trueanalytical depth and expertise
• Design and host proprietary client events, conferences, and expertnetwork sessions
• Leverage our platform to expand your industry network significantly
• Benefit from firm-wide visibility and recognition for exceptional work
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Advanced degree,MBA, or CFA strongly preferred)
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in the Software industry is a plus
• Substantial sell-side or buy-side Equity Research background withproven analytical capabilities
• Alternatively: Software industry veterans with exceptional domainexpertise and desire to transition into research
• FINRA Series 7, 86, and 87 licenses required
• Track record of independent, differentiated research that hasdriven investment decisions
• Expert-level financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Established network of industry contacts, managementrelationships, and institutional clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to build something exceptional
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to analytical rigor

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague's and the firm's performance.
