We are looking for a proactive and innovative Metrics and Analytics Lead with strong interpersonal skills to join our team.

As the Metrics and Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading our analytics team and applying your experience in data analysis, data modeling, data management and data visualizations. You will be a proactive problem solver with experience managing the end-to-end reporting lifecycle and have the ability to effectively communicate with senior and executive leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance metrics and generate seamless reporting and analytics solutions.

If you are passionate about data analysis and have a proven track record in delivering well-architected solutions, we invite you to consider this as your next career move.Qualifications you'll bring:Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in or lead technical design sessions; collect, analyze, identify, and document functional requirements that meet the client's needs.

Collaborate and engage with SMEs and Domain experts to gain a full understanding of business needs and requirements.Understand and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Develop, implement, and maintain solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing using low and no-code solutions.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of BI reports from development to deployment using Power BI.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a proactive, problem-solving environment.

Embed Power Platform components in Teams, SharePoint, web applications, and more.Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, user guides, and more.Regularly brief senior and executive leadership on insights, impacts, and strategic opportunities.

Required Qualifications:Must have a current Secret clearance.Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's/MBA degree will be a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business intelligence role, data analytics role, or a related field.Proven leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams.Strong proactive problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Possesses high level initiative, ability to multi-task, and is passionateProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Flow, Power Apps, etc.) to deliver tools and applications in the MS365 ecosystemQualifications that are nice to have:Power Platform experience/certifications & two years minimum experience (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Knowledge of data tools, practices, and procedures.

Advanced skill level in Excel including complex formulas and pivot tables.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines, and level.
