Champion all aspects of Drupal data architecture, analytic methodology, and visualization functions including engineering standards, governance processes, and providing vision and context to explore and effectively utilize emerging technologies.Advise developers and administrators working across multiple product teams.Serve as a data and technology expert across a broad and diverse set of mission critical applications.

Actively participate in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations, retrospectives and solution releasesAnalyze project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving technology, analytic methodologies, and advanced solution components.Building the information architecture for websites and applications.Making decisions based on market research and user analytical data.

Running A/B tests, multi-variate tests, and additional user tests.Leading focus groups and user experience interviews.Making improvements based on user data and team feedback.

Creating user flows, wireframes, site maps, mockups, and storyboards.Providing support throughout the design, coding, and deployment process.Required Qualifications: Expertise in the Drupal platform.

7-10+ years of professional working on data challenges in the areas of data architecture and engineering, data science, and data analysis and visualization to design, implement, and maintain data-intensive applications.7-10+ years of experience working with databases, including designing, implementing, and optimizing database systems. Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.

Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and managing data, as well as creating and maintaining stored procedures, triggers, and views.Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control, to ensure that sensitive data is protected and compliant with government regulations.Experience with data integration tools and techniques, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and queue based messaging systems to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Skills in analyzing and optimizing database performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and communicate complex data concepts.Experience helping customers and mission users conceptualize and prioritize their data analysis and visualization needs.

Adept at evaluating existing data sets and reporting architectures to identify strategic gaps and apply modern technologies to creatively achieve superior mission outcomes.Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:3-year check for felony convictions1-year check for illegal drug use1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraudDesired Qualifications:Experience with geospatial data management a plus.Experience with data governance platforms such as Collibra a plus.
