What you'll do As a Lead Software Engineer on the CLM team with a strong focus on front-end development, you are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining key user-facing features integral to our customers and business. While your primary focus will be on the front-end, you should also have a solid understanding of back-end technologies to ensure seamless integration and optimize the overall performance of our applications. We are seeking a versatile engineer who is experienced in building responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces for cloud applications.
Additionally, you should have experience in developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, and building scalable, highly available systems on the back-end. As an ideal candidate, you should have a deep understanding of the most recent advancements and industry standards in front-end development while also possessing knowledge of back-end technologies and best practices. Your role will involve guiding the team in embracing cutting-edge technologies and design methodologies to create a resilient, high-performing, and user-friendly interface, as well as ensuring efficient communication and integration between front-end and back-end components.
