Check out the rest of our awards HERE.Day in the Life:AppLovin is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to oversee our newly launched Learning Management System (LMS) and lead the creation of innovative e-learning solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving employee development and organizational growth through effective, technology-enhanced learning programs.The Impact You'll Make:Lead the management and operational strategy of the Intellum Learning Management System (LMS), including the roadmap for content development.Design engaging e-learning content, including simulations, courseware, and assessments that align with organizational goals and learner needs.

Evaluate and redefine learning outcomes, applying best practices in instructional design and leveraging the latest in educational technology.Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop customized training solutions across multiple departments.Implement analytics and reporting tools to track engagement and effectiveness, using data to inform and adjust learning strategies.

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a blend of learning methodologies to cater to diverse learning preferences.Identify and manage relationships with outside vendors to supplement our instructional design, strategy, and implementation needs.Who You Are :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Learning and Development role with significant experience managing an LMS and developing online learning content.Strong understanding of instructional design theories and practices as well as demonstrated experience in creating impactful e-learning modules.Proficient with LMS software, preferably Intellum, and familiar with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPiexperience with Evolve content authoring tool is highly preferred as well as an ability to build content with HTML.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across all levels of the organization.We use Covey as part of our hiring and/or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
