Within our commercial Human Health Digital Data & Analytics organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be serve in the role of Human Health Digital Data & Analytics (HHDDA) Operational Excellence BI developer. In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability.

This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our company's partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers. Specifically, the HHDDA Operational Excellence BI developer will:Develop operational reports and functional reports, design UI components and layout of BI dashboards Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting toolsUnderstand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applicationsCooperate with Product owners, UX, Developers, and other stakeholders on definition of the technical solution approach based on business requirementsBe proficient in tools and systems Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, DAXKnowledge in intermediate concepts in PowerBI: Bookmarks, Usage Metrics, Performance Testing, Consolidation of Dataset, Dataflows etc.

Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutionsHave knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, star schema and moreExtend the BI capabilities by developing custom components thru POCs Integrate BI tool with non-BI application by designing the data models and providing APIs Leverage the whole Microsoft 365 ecosystem to deliver enterprise business solutions Required Skills/KnowledgeBachelor's degree with IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operationsUp to 8 years working knowledge of Agile projects, with proven ability to apply business analysis methods and techniquesProven BI development skillsKnowledge of SharePoint Online development (SPFx), and some experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI).Front-End Web development (TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, Fluent UI) SharePoint integrations (REST API, CSOM, Graph API)Python and SQL working knowledge should be fineAgile software developmentApplication Development Lifecycle Desired Skills/KnowledgeData and analytics business acumenHealthcare/Biopharma experienceOur Human Health Division maintains a patient first, profits later ideology. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education. Expected salary range: $118,640.00 - $186,800.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
