Job Description: Operations & Technology for the Americas (Ops & Tech) plays a major role in the bank's transformation to become the world's most trusted financial group.

As an Operations IT Project Coordinator, you will support Operations and Technology stakeholders in their efforts to manage change, project execution, and product deliverables.

You will contribute through direct participation in projects, establishment of execution guidance, structure, and mechanisms that facilitate activities and quality monitoring that will drive continuous improvement and the meeting of established objectives. You will understand product design and the software development lifecycle. You will act as a trusted resource that contributes to the bank's overall success.

The successful candidate will have a blend of business analysis, project management, and testing experience, great people skills, a keen eye for detail, will be curious, flexible, and comfortable partnering with both business stakeholders and software development teams. You can think long-term while staying on top of tactical execution and as an individual contributor you don't mind rolling up your sleeves to get something done. You are also excellent at building stakeholder relationships and earning trust through consistent communication, delivery, and support.

You understand that data plays a key role in measuring business performance and decision making, and will strive to provide intuitive information to management that will help them quantify the tangible impacts of key initiatives, as well as facilitate ongoing performance/quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute in support of tactical and strategic direction and goals. Evaluate routines and identify opportunities for simplification and greater efficiency.

Create and maintain materials and reporting mechanisms that are intuitive, informative, and facilitate a true understanding of task scope, timelines, progress, issues, and risks. Leverage data to identify significant metrics/trends as part of a management by facts strategy. Maintain and leverage policy/guidance documentation to facilitate team productivity.

Support team's use of standard tools, and promote best practices, standardization/consistency, risk mitigation, transparency, and continuity. Meet changing business needs due to reorganization, compliance and regulatory issues, changing technologies, and market/industry factors. Basic Qualifications: Advanced communications skills (written and oral); ability to effectively convey ideas in various formats.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful working relationships. Extreme organizational skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies.

Understanding of software testing best practices and test management. Strong Business Analysis skillset Strong Excel experience (eg formulas, macros, charts, data analysis); PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Skill sets and experience that allow for quick learning and participation in projects, such as: Project Management, Business Analysis and requirement capture, software testing/test management, task scheduling, progress reporting.
