Our team develops unique customer features and essential building blocks at the core of the Azure networking platform, working closely with many industry partners.As a Principal Network Engineer specializing in Cloud Networking, you will architect, design and operate on the latest networking platform, providing customers with a rich set of networking features and the highest level of network security. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, as well as industry partners, to ensure that customer and business requirements are met while upholding our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This role provides an opportunity for you to leverage and expand your expertise in large-scale networking while driving the effort to enhance the resiliency, performance and debuggability of our networking solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting customer reported incidents and continuously improving the quality of our offerings. This opportunity allows flexible hours and remote work.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
