We are looking for a talented Principal Software Engineer to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate/CBS Segment in your remote home office.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Develop information systems by studying operations; design, develop and install software solutions; support and develop a software team of developers responsible for building new and supporting existing applications.

Experience10+ years professional experience in software developmentProficiency in AWS Cloud Services, including build and release pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)Significant experience working as a software engineer with the following knowledge and experiences is highly preferred:Working in Agile environments; Fundamental IT technical skill sets;Taking a system from coping requirements through actual launch of the system; Communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines; Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.Additional Information:Expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.Ability to produce code that is scalable, fault-tolerant, efficient and maintainable.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $137,100-167,500. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
