The Opportunity This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As the Project Manager, Market Insights you will provide global market insights on the reach, resonance, and reactions to omnichannel marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with stakeholders within strategic and commercial marketing to support the business in making insights-driven recommendations. Success within this position will be achieved through rigorous application of market research methodologies (conduct custom primary research and manage secondary research sources) and analysis (in partnership with outside vendors) and development of business understanding in order to identify strategic insights around key priorities.What You'll Work On Design and execute end to end primary market research projects including identification of project objectives, research design, vendor selection and oversight, data analysis, insight generation, report development and written and oral presentationCollaborates with region and Global teams to execute brand health trackers (ATUs) to measure customer-facing tactics and campaigns that are aligned to regional and global organizational goalsDevelops and executes necessary learning plans focused on key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing campaigns, distills the insights, and crafts a compelling narrative to create customer focused strategy and drive execution with your region and Global teamsDevelops deep knowledge of key market events, competitive environment, and changes in consumer and healthcare professional trends.

Can interpret the data and bring relevant recommendations forward for business to act uponUnderstands the marketplace, competitor dynamics and brings the brings the voice of the customer and industry to life with business partnersDesign appropriate research and analysis plans based on understanding of available research and analytical techniques.Leverages multiple sources of data and types of research to build conviction on your teams that drive action in our global markets.Find creative and compelling ways to generate, present, and evangelize results and recommendations throughout the company, in order to help cultivate a highly informed, more effective, and more empathetic organizationExhibit strong organizational skills to manage vendors on cost, timing, appropriateness of methodology, and actionability of conclusions.

Manage company processes related to procurement, vendor management, compliance, and pharmacovigilance activities in execution of market researchDisplay a positive, solutions-based approach to all projects, and work effectively in teams? Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree5 years or more experience in custom primary market researchExpertise in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologiesWhole brained thinker who combines data with deep empathy and strong storytellingComfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate dynamic project scopesStrong project management and communication skillsExperience working with interdependent cross-functional and global teamsWilling and able to travel domestically and internationally as requiredSomeone who approaches challenges with possibilities thinking and a learning mindsetPreferred Qualifications Master's degreeSPSS preferred although not requiredApply Now.
