com Job Description: As an Intermediate Project Manager with expertise in Infor EXE, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of projects related to our Infor EXE platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to the implementation, customization, and optimization of Infor EXE software.

Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and key performance indicators. Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third- party consultants, to ensure timely project delivery.

Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders, providing transparency into project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Collaborate with the Infor EXE development team to configure and customize the software to meet client requirements and business needs.

Facilitate user training and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of the Infor EXE platform. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software implementation environment.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor EXE or similar warehouse management systems software. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus
