Sr Security Project ManagerRemote-eligible San Jose, CRSmartsheet's IT PMO is looking for an experienced Security Project Manager to drive quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction as a key member of our IT Team. The Project Manager works closely with Smartsheet's Security team and partners across the business to lead projects through critical, highly complex, cross-functional and large scale projects through all phases including intake, development, testing, and delivery.

You Will:Lead concurrent projects with multiple levels of complexity using different delivery methods, including but not limited to agile and waterfall, while representing the voice of the internal customerManage IT & Security projects across the business while providing hands-on development and execution of detailed change management tasks (communications, training, documentation, etc.)Develop and manage highly complex project plans, dependencies, secure resources, and synthesize risky observations to create recommendations to leadershipDevelop and communicate objectives, goals and expectations with success measures to all stakeholders across multiple teamsMonitor and track progress toward goals to ensure that all requirements are metCommunicate trade-offs between customer expectations, team capacity, and technical feasibility to business owner partners and align on prioritizationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, motivating project teams by building morale to support project deliverables and demonstrate personal brand awareness Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teamMentor other project managers and other project team membersWelcome the opportunity to try something newYou Have:6+ years of focused project management experience3+ years experience working with projects in IT, Security, or related disciplinesStrong understanding of risks, and internal controls to mitigate risksStrong working knowledge of multiple frameworks.
