As a Full stack senior developer, you will have the responsibility to drive projects forward, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. By delivering innovative and reliable software, you will contribute to the success of our organization and make a meaningful impact in the industry.Primary Responsibilities:Develop high-quality software design and architecture.

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.

Review and debug codePerform validation and verification testing.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.Document development phases and monitor systems.

Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies.Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Complete other related duties or projects as required, which may include playing a lead role in due diligence, cost/benefit analysis or business study activities.

Requirements and skillsProven experience as a Full stack senior developerExtensive experience in software development, scripting, and project managementExperience using system monitoring tools (eg, Dynatrace, Kibana) and automated testing frameworks.Knowledge of selected programming languages (eg, C#) and the .Net Core/Framework along with Asp.Net Rest/MVC.

Education and Experience Required:Minimum of an associate degree and 6 years' systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years' systems analysis/application development experienceFamiliar with application development software and hardware platformsCapable of working on multiple projects of a complex natureExcellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.Excellent organizational and time management skillsDetail-orientedStrong lateral thinking skillsExperience coordinating between Applications and business units.

The pay range for this position is $121,698.75 - $202,831.26 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
