In this vital role you will be a part of the software/data engineering team developing data pipelines, web UI, conversational AI (chatbot), and Generative AI solutions to support Amgen's global commercial operations. You will work closely with product owner/business analyst to understand the requirement, following Agile software development methodologies. We look for people who can work in a team, able to mentor junior engineers, is curious to learn and able to develop innovative solution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities: Working as part of a SAFe product team, participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, development, implementation, testing, and software validation.Website development with React.js, CSS, HTML, Python, node.

js, and various packagesDevelop or enhance conversational chatbot, virtual assistance.Develop call center automation solution on AWS or GCPDevelop DevOps pipeline to automate build, test, and deployment.Develop disaster recovery processes using Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Develop innovative solution using generative AI technologies.Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, and disaster recovery.Mentor junior engineersAble to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering.

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degreeORMaster's degree and 3 years of software engineering experienceOrBachelor's degree and 5 years of software engineeringOrAssociate's degree and 10 years of software engineering experienceOrHigh school diploma/GED and 12 years of software engineering experiencePreferred Qualifications:Proficient in programming language Python(preferred), JavaScript (React.js, node.js)Experienced with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture.Experience in SQL/NOSQL database, and vector database for large language modelsExperience with popular large language models, such as ChatGPT, LLaMA, PaLM 2, etc,Experience with Langchain framework for language modelsExperience with prompt engineering, model fine tuningExperience with Web site development, understand of web site localization processes, which involve adapting content to fit cultural and linguistic contexts.

Experience with DevOps/MLOps CICD build and deployment pipeline.Experience with design patterns, data structures, test-driven development.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to learn quickly.
