The Identity platform is mission critical systems that are responsible for providing access control of and content protection for SiriusXM content delivered over satellite and the Internet. This position works closely with the fellow Product Teams, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, Design, and Research to propose and create functional designs for high complexity intiatives and maintenance efforts. This position leads Feature Reviews to develop and support optimal Technology solutions with Engineering partners.

What you'll do: Serve as a lead liaison between business owners and technology teams, leading and managing planning work, identifying issues and needs, building consensus, and developing solutions across units as required.Lead other teams to investigate issues, determine root-cause, business impact, and evaluate resolution priorityUsing both functional and technical knowledge, help users solve problems, design solutions, and help develop process and technology solutions that meet business needs.Conducts process analyses, needs assessments, and cost-benefit analysis for the corporate solutions team.

Manages planning activities, including road-mapping, release planning, and development of documented solution visions and roadmaps.Identify and define opportunities and enhancements for assigned services and work with business users to prepare business cases to support such initiatives. Manages required documentation for projects, presentations, business cases, project vision documents, business requirements, data process flows, product release notes and product training documentation.

Drive business units, vendors, and technology teams to identify and manage change agendas, prioritize work, and develop implementation plans.Responsible for developing solution requirements, ensuring final solution quality, and measuring solution success.Apply Experimentation to the Identity Products, continuously forming hypotheses and testing using real feedback from users.

Create a Measurement Plan to evaluate the impact our products have on Enterprise and Organizational OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)Builds strong relationships with the business as well as with internal technology groups.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and/or equivalent education and experience.8+ years of work experience demonstrating escalating responsibilities8+ years experience working in a complex Technology environment8+ years of business/functional analyst experience5+ years serving as a Product OwnerDemonstrates thorough working knowledge of various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenario.

Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle and can train others on SDLC conceptsAt SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $127,000 to $178,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
