Senior System Engineer - Zero TrustJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* CACI is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero Trust Implementation.

The candidate will work with existing ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and support risk mitigation assessments. The candidate is expected to provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates. The candidate will have the ability to understand and work with technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth and SAML).

Other duties include research technical topics and apply it to different improvement areas, author documentation on technical topics including detailing how to use and configure system components and advisory documentation to support ICAM installation and planning. Additional duties include researching and analyzing cloud security environments, identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services, defining implementation processes, and outlining hardware and software considerations. Must be able to assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support.

Required Qualifications:TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphBachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.10 years of System Engineering experience. An additional 5 years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 15 years.

Note: Considering multiple LCATs: Level 1 to 3 with 7 to 15 years of SE experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience with SW development methodologiesAbility to solve complex system/integration problems.Experience briefing senior-level managementFamiliar with AWS, Spring Boot, Java, Git, and microservicesDemonstrated engineering experience on programs with requirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and system architectures.Strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in working with Software Development, Test Engineers, and System Administration teams to establish capabilities that meet requirements.

Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel.Experience with developing program review materialsMust be able to work in a collaborative environment. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused.
