The team provides: Design, Development, Integration, and Support of customer-focused Contact Center CTI solutions.About the JobAs a Senior System Engineer, you'll be responsible for translating business needs, reporting requirements, metrics, statistics into technical solutions and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.Responsibilities and Day-to-Day ViewResponsibilities include: Developing and deploying new ETL Jobs by writing Oracle database procedures and functions.

Monitor and analyze ETL jobs and aggregated data. Providing Data Analysis to find the data insights for contact center KPIs. Day To Say support of the existing Contact Center Services Dashboard user community.

Designs, develops, documents, and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software. Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems.

Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems. Supports technical initiatives normally as part of a larger project. Works on development of new technologies or maintenance of existing technologies.

Exchanges complex technical information and provides training and guidance to others in work area by breaking down information in a systematic and logical manner. Advanced Oracle PL/SQL Development skill set including writing complex procedures, functions, packages etc. Working experience of creating Oracle DB materialized views, Finetuning the complex queries Advanced Java/Python development Advanced Database ETL concepts (Data Aggregation) Reporting and data insights Contact center reporting will be added bonus UI experience using JavaScript, NodeJS and React/Vue will be huge plus.

Our Senior-System Engineers earn between $128,400-$192,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
