The Wireless Frameworks and Services team is looking for a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to help develop and maintain automation across all Apple platforms. (ie Apple Watch, Apple TV, AirPods, iOS and macOS) The candidate should have excellent problem solving and communication skills.Key Qualifications6+ years experience in tool or framework developmentDesign and Develop innovative ideas that tackle automation and execution problems.
Development experience in Objective-C, Swift or PythonStrong debugging and triaging capabilitiesAbility to identify and contribute SW fixes quickly and accurately in a fast paced development environment.Thrive in a collaborative environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teamsObsessively passionate and inquisitiveSolid understanding of statistics as it relates to data analysisExperience with Continuous Integration systems like Xcode Server, Jenkins, Travis etc.DescriptionOur team creates frameworks, services and testing tools to aid in Wireless testing across all Apple platforms.
We also contribute code to core operating system frameworks, maintain/develop shared python modules and . Responsibilities: Design and implement new classes and tools to aide in the development of our newest framework Triage framework and tooling issues as reported by our clients. Maintain existing python and objective-c tools and libraries.
Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Additional Requirements Familiarity with any of the Wireless Technologies like WiFi/BT/HomeKit/GPS or Cellular Experience working across full-stack (Framework to Daemon level)Education & ExperienceBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500.00 and $243,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
