Continuously evaluate and improve system, keeping up with the latest technologies and industry trends and implementing best software development and security practices.

Ensure configurations are aligned with security and compliance requirements, including data protection and regulatory compliance. Lead innovation efforts on cross-team dependencies. Identify and create common components that can be leveraged across teams.
