POSITION TITLE: IT Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Canonsburg, PA

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

STATUS: Exempt

The IT Senior Systems Analyst responsible for the strategic delivery of excellent service for network, workstation, mobility, and business applications to all members while adhering to the governance of the IT Controls from Corporate. The IT Senior Systems Analyst will provide technical guidance and consulting across the organization and will serve as an advisor and consult with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure IT properly supports the business. Provide input on applications, system and data integration, workstation and mobility standards, and network infrastructure deployments. Localize the IT controls as needed and enforce additional controls and policies based on contractual or regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce procedures for Application support and IT Operations (Network and Service Desk). Consult with external consultants to ensure that timeline and deliverable requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions, including but not limited to the following:

Monitor security of all technology and collaborate with corporate security team as needed.

Overseeing and determining timeframes for IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.

Perform installations, patches, upgrades, capacity planning and performance tuning, through approved change management process.

Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement.

Perform routine health assessments on environments in response to business user needs.

Image workstations, connect and set up hardware, load all required software, provide network accounts and passwords as required.

Troubleshoot all technology issues. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.

Use PowerShell to automate reports, tasks, and troubleshooting.

Enter, track, and update incident and changes in ticket management system.

Provide technical support for connectivity of systems/network requirements, VOIP, and other shared services.

Provide production support for the ERP, Business applications, databases (MS SQL), and coordinate with support vendor for resolving complex issues.

After-hours support rotation and implementation, as needed.

Develop knowledge about hardware and software s managed by the company.

Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.

Have experience with at least one of the following frameworks: ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria, NIST 800-171.

Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on servers, computers, and databases in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Implement policies and procedures for managing computer systems operations based on corporate guidelines/control framework.

Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.

Ensure compliance with computer use policies and license agreements.

Maintain documentation for operating procedures, system changes, and logs to meet SOX requirements.

Preferred Education:

Four year degree in Engineering, MIS, Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.

Associate/Diploma in IT or Engineering related field.

Required/Preferred Certifications:

MCP, MSA, MCSE, MTA, A Plus, Network Plus, CCNA, ITIL, MCITP, MCDST or any other IT related Certifications.

Required/Preferred Professional Experience:

MDM administration experience

Exchange administration experience.

Teams administration experience.

Windows Server operating systems experience, ranging from Server 2008-2016.

Required Languages:

Proficient in English

Knowledge/Skills:

Understanding of contractual/regulatory Compliance requirements

Understanding of Risk Management Frameworks

Demonstrated knowledge of the of databases - SQL

Demonstrated knowledge of the operating systems - Windows

Construct High Availability, Disaster Recover design?- Intermediate Level

Hands-on installation, upgrade, production support of?Exchange, Office, etc.

Active Directory (Accounts, Groups, GPs, Security)

Physical Demands:

The IT Senior Systems Analyst will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. The IT Senior Systems Analyst will have to do some lifting of computer equipment, supplies and materials from time to time.

Travel Requirements: 20% - 40%

WORKING CONDITIONS

Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Office dress is business casual.
