SilverBlaze is seeking a Technical IT Manager to join us in implementing our software solutions for our clients in the Utility industry.The Technical IT Manager will lead the technical consultants in software implementation, software installations and upgrades, best practices and more! As the Technical IT Manager, you will lead and develop a strong and motivated team of technical professionals; building on the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities to execute our business strategies to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will lead and participate in data conversion, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, report building, and custom coding services. SilverBlaze collaborates with clients throughout North America and the Caribbean.This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US with a work schedule based on the Eastern Time Zone.

This role may require quarterly travel up to 15%. A valid passport is required for travel.
