The Role

As a founding engineer, you'll design and build core systems from the ground up, working across the stack to ship fast, reliable features. You'll lead technical architecture decisions, implement AI-driven workflows including prompt engineering and memory handling, and collaborate directly with the founders to shape product direction and engineering culture. You'll have full ownership of major components and play a central role in setting the technical bar for the company.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of Full time experience as a software engineer
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM systems and architecture
• Experience with architecture solutions, diagrams, and integrations
• Prior engineering experience at early-stage startups or exceptional tech companies
• Comfortable working across the stack and moving fast in ambiguous environments
• Able to take feedback, quickly adapt, and integrate into existing systems/architecture
