The opportunityJoin us in shaping how game developers leverage web stores to connect with their players in new and meaningful ways. We're creating a platform that empowers developers-from indie studios to established teams-to build compelling commerce experiences using their payment providers and webshop solutions of choice. You will be responsible for leading the strategy that helps developers maximize player engagement, retention, and value through web-based purchasing experiences. This is an opportunity to grow and build something from the ground up, working closely with our partner ecosystem to enable dynamic, personalized experiences that adapt to each player's journey. What you'll be doing- Responsible for leading the strategy that enables developers to create effective web store experiences, defining best practices for user value, engagement, and retention
- Design frameworks for experimentation and optimization that developers can leverage, including segmentation and predictive models for personalized shopping experiences
- Collaborate closely with our In-App Purchase product team and webshop partners to build solutions that facilitate seamless integration and developer choice
- Define extensible approaches that help developers of all sizes implement web stores effectively, from providing default experiences to enabling customization
- Identify and track important metrics that measure user engagement, monetization effectiveness, and developer success
- Proven track record in game monetization with deep understanding of player behavior and purchase psychology
- Direct-to-consumer commerce experience, particularly with web stores in gaming or adjacent digital products
- Demonstrated abilities in experimentation design and A/B testing to optimize user experiences toward specific goals
- Experience working with segmentation strategies, predictive lifetime value models, and personalization at scale
- Effective written and verbal communication with ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams and partner organizations
- Experience building platforms that strengthen partner ecosystems while delivering developer value
