We're hiring one of the founding engineers to help build and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven healthcare platform. You'll have real ownership from day one, with a clear path to leading engineering as the company grows.

You'll influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering culture - while working on technology that measurably improves patient outcomes.

• Architecting and scaling high-performance Back End systems that power AI-driven healthcare products
• Designing resilient, serverless architectures using TypeScript and AWS
• Building production-grade services that support clinical decision-making at scale
• Developing developer-friendly APIs and SDKs used across multiple products
• Creating high-throughput data pipelines that turn raw inputs into clinical-grade insights
• Owning systems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborating closely with AI researchers, product leaders, and clinical stakeholders
• Helping define engineering standards and best practices as the team expands

• Strong experience with TypeScript and AWS, including infrastructure and architectural decision-making
• Proven experience building and scaling Back End systems for Real Time or AI-enabled applications
• Deep understanding of API design and developer-facing platforms
• Experience optimizing data pipelines and system performance at scale
• Strong fundamentals in security, reliability, and fault-tolerant system design
