We are seeking a motivated and talented AI/Software Engineer to join our team and assist with GenAI projects. Responsibilities and Impact

• Assist in the development and implementation of traditional AI & GenAI projects, supporting the advancement of AI capabilities within the organization.
• Write proficient code in Python to support AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement cloud-based solutions, actively participating in team goals.
• Deploy and manage code using GIT, ensuring proper integration and version control.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to code and cloud infrastructure ensuring system reliability.
• Document processes, code changes, and project updates for knowledge sharing and transparency.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to the team's success.

What We're Looking For Basic Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software engineering/data science roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic understanding of ML algorithms and NLP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with version control systems, such as GIT.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and approaches as they emerge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Prompting Engineering using OpenAI, Claude models.
• Exposure to AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Langchain, LamaIndex.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Completed projects using open/closed source Gen AI models is a plus.
