Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Start: ASAP maximum 2 weeks from now

Payrate- 65 to 70/hr

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Agentforce and AI-driven automation experience to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a solid Salesforce development background and hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce-powered conversational workflows and intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring onsite collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate business processes and enhance user and customer interactions
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems via APIs
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Optimize AI-driven workflows for accuracy, performance, and security
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD best practices
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce governance, security, and best practices
• Provide technical documentation and support during UAT and production rollout

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong 1+ year hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco (hybrid model)
