Solution Architect
Location: Pleasanton, CA, USA (Hybrid: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office)

We are seeking a hybrid Solution Architect who combines technical depth with business acumen. You will be a key driver of end-to-end customer success - from pre-sales technical consulting and solution design to post-sales implementation and long-term adoption. Your role is to architect scalable solutions and lead projects that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities- Pre-Sales Solution Engineering: Lead technical discovery, design CRM solutions aligned with business needs, deliver compelling product demos and presentations to stakeholders, and develop SOWs, PoC plans, and architecture documents to support complex sales cycles.
- Implementation & Project Management: Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. Conduct process mapping, lead configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and ensure successful deployment.
- Customer Success & Value Realization: Drive measurable product adoption and ROI for clients. Maintain ongoing communication, provide technical feedback to the Product team, identify expansion opportunities, and build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, software implementation, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong expertise with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Excellent technical design, discovery, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) communication skills are required.
- Preferred:
- Experience in custom CRM implementations or integrations.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification.
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is a strong plus.
- MBA or advanced technical/business certifications.
