A fast growing VC-backed Series A, this team is building foundational financial infrastructure that allows value to move seamlessly across both digital and traditional assets. The focus is on turning complex, crypto-native systems into dependable, real-world financial tools through highly scalable Back End technology. Engineering is globally distributed, with close collaboration across regions.

You'll join as a Senior Backend Engineer responsible for designing and operating the systems that underpin payments, transfers, and asset movement. The role involves deep ownership of Back End services, performance, and security, with meaningful input into architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale Back End services and APIs for high-throughput financial systems


• Design secure, reliable, cloud-based infrastructure (Azure environment)


• Improve system performance, observability, and resilience


• Write clean, well-tested production code and contribute to technical standards


• Collaborate across engineering and product teams in a distributed setup


• Develop crypto-aware Back End systems that support modern payment flows

• 5+ years of Back End engineering experience in production environments


• High-level of expertise with Web3


• Strong experience with languages such as Go, Java, Scala, or C#


• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and microservices


• Security-conscious mindset (authentication, authorization, encryption, API protection)


• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and crypto infrastructure


• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows


• Clear communicator who works well across time zones
