What You'll Do (The "Everything"):

- Focus relentlessly on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS. You treat every dollar spent as if it were your own.
- Produce high-converting ad creatives and copy using AI tools.
- Manage our social presence and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
- Operations & Automation:
- Build automated workflows without expensive enterprise software.
- Analyze marketing data to find the "hidden gems" in our funnel.
- Bay Area Local: You are based in the SF Bay Area and value face-to-face collaboration. You understand the local vibe and consumer psychology.
- The "Scrappy Generalist": You have 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing. You've probably worn many hats before (copywriter, media buyer, data analyst).
- AI-Enthusiast: You might not use Gemini Pro daily yet, but you are a power user of ChatGPT/Claude/Midjourney. You understand how to prompt an AI to get high-quality results, not just generic text.
- Data-Driven, Not Data-Drowning: You know how to look at a spreadsheet and tell us why we are growing (or not).
