Summary

On behalf of a well-renowned fintech client, we are seeking a high-calibre Graduate/Junior Software Developer to join their Front Office technology team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Computer Science graduate (or equivalent) with up to 1 year of experience to work on mission-critical systems in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from a top-tier university
• 0-1 year of professional experience using Python and/or Java
• Exposure to financial technology, trading, or revenue-generating systems (internships included)

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications supporting Front Office users
• Collaborate closely with traders, product managers, and senior engineers to deliver new features
• Write clean, scalable code and contribute to code reviews and system improvements
