We're seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Support Technician to join a high-visibility, fast-paced headquarters environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in AV operations, enjoys solving technical challenges, and provides exceptional white-glove support.
Responsibilities
You will serve as a primary resource for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise-level AV systems, including:
- Supporting and maintaining AV systems for conferencing, digital signage, and workspace booking
- Providing white glove, high-touch support for executives and sensitive client interactions
- Offering end-user training, instruction, and guidance on AV systems and services
- Assisting with complex AV events and system setups
- Performing independent assessment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AV technologies
- Managing AV system failures, remediation, and equipment oversight
- Handling selected Zoom administration duties and supporting Zoom environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within IT/Desktop Support specifically maintaining AV systems for conferencing, digital signage, and workspace booking
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Zoom
- Previous experience delivering white glove support to senior-level or high-profile users
- Background in training and guiding end users on AV tools and workflows
