Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Commercial Electrical Contractor based in San Francisco, CA.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial electrical projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and billing
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal field teams
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and scope
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project controls
• Accubid experience is a plus
• OSHPD (healthcare) project experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software
• Salary: $150,000 - $175,000+, based on experience
