Overview
We\'re seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a growing team in either San Francisco or London. In this role, you\'ll be the technical expert who proves the platform\'s value during the sales cycle, working hands-on with prospects to demonstrate real-world impact over 2-6 week proof-of-concept engagements.
This is a high-energy, high-impact position for engineers who love building, problem-solving on their feet, and working directly with sophisticated technical buyers at leading enterprise companies.
What You\'ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives starting on the second call through deal closure
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer development and testing challenges
- Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions in customer environments
- Think proactively during live customer calls about how to improve their development processes through testing scenarios
- Develop CI/CD integrations and testing strategies tailored to prospect needs
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations that show real value
- Communicate asynchronously with customers between calls to drive deals forward
- Own technical problem-solving throughout the sales cycle
- Provide critical feedback to product and engineering teams based on field insights
- Occasionally travel for in-person customer meetings
Who You Are
Required:
- 6-7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or similar technical customer-facing roles
- Strong hands-on coding skills with object-oriented programming languages (Python experience required)
- Proven ability to think on your feet and solve problems in Real Time during customer conversations
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills-you can build rapport with senior engineers at top-tier companies
- Self-directed with high initiative and ownership mentality
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-moving environments

- Consulting background
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced technical environments

Interview Process
