Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 9 months with potential for extension

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will own end-to-end program delivery for the high-quality launch of our new Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role is accountable for building and maintaining a highly detailed, integrated project plan-including a Gantt-style timeline-aligning cross-functional partners, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies to keep the program on track for a successful go-live.

• Own the master plan: create, maintain, and continuously refine a detailed program tracker/timeline (Gantt-level fidelity) spanning all workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and go-live/hyper-care activities.
• Drive execution and accountability: partner with Engineering, Product, Operations/Fulfillment, IT, vendors, and leaders to secure LOEs, timelines, resourcing, and commitment status for every task and sub-task-then follow through to completion.
• See around corners: build and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), surface delivery threats early, and drive mitigation plans before they impact launch dates or quality.
• Lead stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships across stakeholders and task owners to keep plans current, unblock decisions, and drive timely delivery.
• Program operating rhythm: establish effective cadences (standups, milestone reviews, exec readouts), run meetings with clear agendas and outcomes, and create crisp status reporting for all levels.
• Organize incoming work: build systems and structure for request intake/triage, prioritization, and scheduling to protect the launch plan while handling emergent needs.
• Quality-focused delivery: coordinate cross-team testing readiness, cutover planning, integration sequencing, data considerations, and launch readiness checkpoints to ensure a smooth, stable rollout.

• 6+ years in Technical Project/Program Management with demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-year, multi-organization, timeline-critical programs.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-detail integrated plans (Gantt or equivalent) and drive execution across teams with competing priorities.
• Strong technical fluency: able to understand architectures/integrations well enough to challenge assumptions and manage dependencies without being the engineer.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills-able to earn trust and drive clarity in ambiguity.
• Expertise with common tooling (eg, Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet/MS Project, Google Suite) and disciplined operating mechanisms (RAID, critical path, change control).

• Supply chain, warehouse fulfillment, or WMS domain experience.
• Experience launching systems in operational environments (distribution centers, fulfillment operations) with phased rollouts and hyper-care support.
