Role: Test Lead (Oracle)

Location: 1 day/week in London

Length: 6 months

IR35: Outside

Day Rate: £450+ (DoE)

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with Oracle and migration experience as well as exposure Dynamics 365.

You will be joining two high-profile migration programmes running in parallel, one migrating an operating company from Oracle Fusion to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS), and the other migrating from Oracle Fusion to Oracle EBS R12.

As the Test Lead will own the end-to-end testing life cycle across both programmes, ensuring stable, high-quality migrations that meet business and technical requirements. This role will lead and coordinate cross-functional testing activities, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and drive a quality-focused approach across SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Skills/experience needed:

• Led testing for ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion, Business Central, Oracle EBS), as well as Dynamics 365 experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-application environments and integrations (APIs, Middleware, batch jobs).
• Proven delivery of SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Effective defect management and triage with development and functional teams.
• Experience managing testing across parallel projects and multi-vendor environments.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks desirable.
