You will lead the development of autonomous AI agents designed to automate complex SRE and production operations. This role involves building robust reasoning engines, evaluation frameworks, and self-improving systems. You will bridge the gap between high-scale infrastructure and machine learning to solve non-deterministic engineering challenges at scale for global technology companies.

• Work at the cutting edge of autonomous agents, moving beyond simple chatbots to systems that remediate production issues independently
• Join an elite team of AI and infrastructure veterans backed by top-tier venture capital firms and prominent Silicon Valley angels
• Influence the foundational architecture of a product already deployed at high-scale technology companies in fintech and autonomous vehicle sectors

• Design and implement sophisticated agent evaluation frameworks to measure and improve reasoning performance and system reliability
• Build autonomous agents capable of executing complex, multi-step tasks across distributed infrastructure environments including Kubernetes and Kafka
• Debug agent behavior by tracing reasoning paths and tool-calling logic to resolve non-deterministic failures in production

• Deep experience building and operating high-scale production systems with a strong foundation in ML fundamentals and evaluation metrics
• Proven track record of building at least one autonomous agent end-to-end and a preference for using AI-augmented workflows
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with systems languages like Rust, Go, or JVM-based languages for scalable Back End development
