MANTECH seeks a motivated, customer-oriented SharePoint Developer to help support our current Marine Corps Contract in Stafford, VA. The Developer will work closely with Marine Corps/Marine Corps Systems Command Web Masters for maintaining, updating, and modifying websites as needed, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements and design solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and sites

• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using custom workflows, custom InfoPath, or SharePoint forms

• Integrate web services and create dashboards for reporting to the government

• Implement, configure, and customize SharePoint applications utilizing PowerApps, Power Bi, and Power Automate

• Develop, modify, and maintain custom web parts, master pages, and content types.

• Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management

• Use knowledge of DDL and DML to integrate SharePoint with external data sources like MS SQL Server or MS Access.

• Monitor and maintain performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and at least 3 years of experience in SharePoint Development. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• Extensive knowledge with Microsoft 365 environments: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Forms, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, etc.

• At least 1 year of experience with Graphic Design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with development or maintaining Marine Corps/Marine Corps Systems Command SharePoint is preferred.

• Knowledge of how to use SharePoint Framework SPx to create designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.

Clearance Required:

• Must have an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
