I am working with a consultancy feeding into the public sector.

  • Assess existing platforms and data sources (eg aquaculture/performance data sites, planning portals) and the feasibility of reuse or integration.
  • Define high level target architecture, integration patterns, security, data sharing, and scalability to other consenting regimes.
  • Advise on technical constraints/assumptions that must shape the prototype and the future build.
