M&A Associate - FDD - QofE Expeirence!
Location: REMOTE (ideally MT or CST)
Compensation: Up to $145,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and the ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis.
- Process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers.
- Develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations.
- Maintain industry update materials and compile public company financial data.
- Support project management tasks including calendars, deadlines, and Virtual Data Room administration.
Qualifications
- CPA and MBA preferred; practical experience highly valued.
- 3+ years of M&A experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and research skills; experience with Capital IQ and similar tools a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
